Almond Butter Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Protein, Vanilla
  • 1/2 C Suja Juice - Purify
  • 1/2 C Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/3 C Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 Ripe Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tbsp mix of Chia seeds, Hemp seeds and Buckwheat groats
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter + 1 tsp Coconut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend ALL ingredients except 1 Tbsp  of the Almond Butter + tsp coconut oil and 1 Tbsp of the chia/hemp seed/buckwheat mix
  2. Warm up Almond butter & coconut oil in oven (bake 350° F oven safe pan) for ~ 1 minute
  3. Top with chia/hemp seed/buckwheat mix and drizzle with warm almond butter
  4. *** The Almond butter will have a "hard shell effect" when it hits the cold smoothie!
